AI consulting for small businesses
We help you find where artificial intelligence genuinely saves time and money, bring it into everyday work and check the result. We start from your work, not from the tools.

What you get

- a pilot on one process, with the saving measured before scaling up
- automation of email, documents and data, connecting the tools you already use
- an internal AI assistant built on your documents and procedures
- a staff workshop and an internal guideline for safe AI use (GDPR, EU AI Act)

Frequently asked questions
Do we need an IT person to use AI?
No. We choose solutions your staff can use without technical background, and the rollout includes short training and written instructions.
Is AI safe for our customers’ data?
It can be, with business versions of the tools and clear rules. Before rollout we check the data processing terms and set out what may and may not be entered into the tools.
How long does the first step take?
The first step is a conversation and a process review. You then receive a written proposal with priorities, timelines and price, and decide whether to go ahead.
Do you work outside Vinkovci?
Yes. We meet in person across Slavonia, and analysis, rollout and training can also be done remotely for businesses anywhere in Croatia.
